We will miss you, Millenders!

When David and I came to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary for the Preview Conference in February of 2007 (to gather info and seek out God's guidance as to whether or not seminary was where God wanted David to be), we met Ron Millender at one of the sessions. He was one of the student ambassadors for the seminary. We spent some time asking him questions and listened as he shared about seminary life. He and his awesome wife Chris invited us over for dinner soon after we arrived here, and we were able to meet the rest of the Millender clan! They are a great family, and we really enjoyed the time we got to spend with them! Today, they will board an airplane for Paris, then from there they go on to Africa. You can read more about them on their blog (it is listed under our favorite blogs). We had the opportunity to see them yesterday as we attended the Missionary Commissioning Service at the International Learning Center in Virginia. We will miss them so much - they are such a great family! But, we can't wait to hear about all of the awesome things that God is going to do through them! Goodbye, Millenders! We love you!
